A¬Ý magnetic coolant filter whose power source is a high quality rare ‚Äì earth permanent magnetic material.¬Ý The rare- earth magnets develops magnetic fields up to 8 times stronger than conventional Ferrite magnets.¬Ý The rare- earth magnetic¬Ý¬Ý filter manufactured by Excel is a drum type magnets separator which¬Ý utilizes a rare- earth magnet that maximizes magnetic field strength. MAGNETIC¬Ý COOLANT FILTERS

¬Ý¬Ý ExcelMagnetic Coolant Filters are designed for¬Ý Filtering coolants contaminate with ferrous particles.¬Ý These filters have powerful magnetic drum.¬Ý These are compact and lightweight and can be easily¬Ý installed.¬Ý The powerful magnetic drum is housed in a body and driven by a geared motor. Excel Paper Band Coolant filters are fabricated in best quality steel.¬Ý The entire Paper Band unit is mounted on a coolant tank with a pump to supply¬Ý filtered coolant to the machine. This Paper band Filter has a speciallydesigned endless wire mesh conveyor on which filter paper is spread. ¬ÝMAGNETIC CONVEYORS

Excel Magnetic Conveyors are designed to convey ferrous chips generated from Gear Hobbers, Broaching Machines, Spline Cutting Machines, Deep Hole Drilling Machines and SPMS. The conveyor mechanism is totally enclosed construction, has no moving external parts free. The powerful magnets mounted on endless chain attract chips and slide them over the smooth stainless steel top plate. The leak proof construction allows the charge length of the conveyor to be submerged in oil or coolant tank. The Magnetic conveyor can handle large volumes of coolant with chips. The ferrous chips get attracted towards stainless steel topplate, when the conveyor chain is moved by a geared motor the chips slides over the top plate towards the discharge end. Thus the coolant is free from the chips and hence the conveyor also acts as a primary coolant filter. Excel Magnetic Conveyor are sleek in design can¬Ý be easily mounted on the small base openings provided in machine tools. Magnetic Conveyors can also be designed to suit specific requirement.

SCREW CONVEYOR

Excel Screw Conveyors are designed to convey small broken chips of cast iron, aluminum and steel. The Screw Conveyors are particularly suitable, where area available to accommodate conveyor is very much restricted in machine base. The screw conveyors are very effective in conveying chips through small cross sectional area of machine base. They are called as Screw Conveyor because the chips are conveyed by flights of the screw.

¬ÝBAG FILTERS

Excel Bag Filters are compact and efficient coolant filters when the accuracy desired is less than 50 Microns. The unique design of bag filter housing, basket and filter bag enables effective filtration of coolant. The contaminated liquid enters the housing above the bag and passes down through them. Contamination are retained inside the bag, from where they are easily and completely removed by replacing the bag. The outside diameter of the filter bag seals radially against the housing inside diameter and prevents entering of contamination to clean area. A simple cover with gasket is provided for opening and closing of bag filter housing. Bag filters are available from 50 LPM to 200 LPM capacities.
