The Steel Security Equipments manufactured as per Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which are as per RBI norms.

We have Research and Development cell in our factory; we are the life member of Karnataka Material Testing and Research Center Laboratory as and then we get our raw materials tested as per BIS Standards at every stage of manufacturing.

A part from manufacturing steel security equipments, we have diversified our business in manufacturing Cabins, heavy Rops & Fobs AC & Non-AC Cabins, Excavator Cabins, Dozer Cabins, etc.., supplying to M/s. BEML., KGF & Mysore and also we are vendor for South Western Railway for manufacturing and supplying Wagon doors and Coach doors.

M/S. Kammar Udyog was established in the year 1993, by well-known family of Kammar who are known for skilled craftsmanship. The partners of Kammar Udyog were the founding fathers of M/s Siddheshwar Group of Companies, Hubli. M/S Kammar Udyog is the only firm in the entire South India to be certified as an ISO 9001 company for manufacturing steel security systems and also license holder of ISI Mark from Bureau of Indian Standards, Bangalore for Steel defender safes & steel safe deposit locker cabinets. And M/S.Kammar Udyog is the Vendor to M/s BEML Mysore and KGF, supplying Cabins since from 3 years, till today we have supplied Cabins like model BL-9H, Excavator cabins, BH 35-2, BH-50 and BH-60 power window cabins to beml, Mysore and KGF.

2.LIST OF MACHINERY INSTALLED

The Company has got the complete range of machinery required for the manufacture of Steel Furniture and Steel Security Equipments Devices. The lists of machineries with capacity are enclosed.

3.TESTING FACILITIES

The Company has all types of measuring instruments like required inspection of components manufactured. The company byes its raw materials required from reputed suppliers to ensure Quality along with test certificate. M/S. Kammar Udyog is the Life-
-member of M/S. Karnataka Materials Testing & research Centre, Hubli. The copy of Certificate is enclosed.

4.QUALITY ASSURANCE METHODS PRACTICED/ADOPTED

The company’s quality policy has been to design and manufacture products to the entire satisfaction of its customers at reasonable prices. The company has proven designs and relies on process oriented quality control. The process of manufacture has been standardized and every worker knows what he is expected to do. Every worker has been trained and adopts the right manufacturing process and quality is built into the product at every stage. Apart from this, inspection at every stage ensures good quality of manufacture.

The organization has a long list of satisfied customers like Scheduled banks, Co-Op. Banks, Financial intuitions, Educational intuitions, etc.., the company gets repeated orders from these customers. all over from Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa and as the vendor of beml., mysore and kgf., supplying cabins.

6.ORGANIZATION CHART.

The organization chart of M/S. Kammar Udyog has been enclosed herewith. It is apparent from the organization chart that entire production and Sales functions is looked after by the Executive Partner including Finance and administrative Functions.
Trained Supervisors in-charge of each section and they in turn report directly to the partner’s in-charge of these functions.

7.DEPENDENCY ON OUTSIDE SOURCES

The company has all the facilities required for an integrated plant operation and as such need not have to depend upon any outside source for any operation. The company has all facilities for its manufacturing for Steel Security Equipments but for manufacturing of beml Cabins and for better aesthetic looks, company out sources for leaser cutting and CNC cuttings sheet metal & components procured from Bangalore.
